The Project consists of the construction of two-story, 21,442 SF Building Administration Building that is primarily constructed of steel, metal studs and brick construction with steel joists, metal deck, and modified bituminous membrane roof. The facility contains Administrative Suites, conference room, a safe space conference room, exercise room and garage.
